“After weeks of trying to solve a frustrating issue on my own, I started to lose hope that it could ever be resolved. I spent a lot of time searching online for someone trustworthy who actually knew what they were doing. That’s when I came across ERF and decided to give them a try. From the first conversation, their team was very professional and transparent about the process. They explained things clearly and kept me updated along the way, which made me feel comfortable and confident in their work. What impressed me the most was their patience and dedication to making sure everything was handled properly. In the end, the outcome was better than I expected. “I had a great experience all the way through and am super happy with my results. the aligners were comfortable and the customer service was nice and very prompt. my only complaint is that there wasn't virtual check ups during the process other than photo updates.”

“This company was kind of low key but I was mostly interested because of the free trial aligners, after going through that process I decided to go through with the full kit instead of having to restart and redo new impressions with another company, b/c c'mon ain't nobody got time for that 😅.. anyway I'm really glad I found this company and my results are awesome I'll try to upload some photos later.”

“Before accepting the contract customer service was awesome, responding right away and even calling. BUT!.... After processing the payment and finishing the 1st part of the treatment (week 8) I lost my sixth set of aligners, customer service said they'll send me a new pair but I've been wearing the same aligner for A MONTH now and haven't received the new aligners. Customer service only sent default emails asking for the same things that I'd already sent 4 TIMES!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!”
