It looks like many of the reviews are made when something goes wrong so for a balanced opinion I would look around. I personally would recommend them based on my own experience. ”

“ The current issue I have is with their new website--problem logging on,locate parcels in transit etc--it has a 'classic' option which works well WHEN you can locate it--even sending a parcel is now a chore and the new labels are very poor (no returns label?). ”
