Where is my parcel and why is it that I cannot receive any response from any means of communication? My parcel was sent back to the company, from which it came, in February 2022 and it has completely disappeared. I was given a receipt with a number on but your company does not accept this. The shop assistant tells me that this number is from the book of receipts provided to them by you. I have spent a considerable amount of time talking to a machine and getting nowhere. It must be easier to contact the dead. I am out of pocket now and, as things stand, I would never recommend Evri or whatever they are called now. Every site I am told to go to seems to have a fault.

Why is there nobody answering the customer telephone help line I telephoned 0330 808 5456 which is the customer service telephone help line, this is an automated service, this automated telephone service is not fit for the purpose, this automated telephone service is 100% USELESS, I totally lost my rag with this automated system PLEASE PLEASE do away with the automated system and put HUMAN BEINGS to answer the telephone There is no proper customer service with Hermes, there seems to be absolute total contempt for the recieving customer as there seems to be no proper customer service I am supposed to be able to receive my parcel TODAY not TOMORROW, I was told a delivery day now Hermes want to delivery the next day PLEASE PLEASE AVOID HERMES

How is this called a serivce? My parcel to Austria is not arriving, the friendly and dedicated telephone helpline is just a digital voice and no help facility - no matter which answer you give gets you through to a human. Tracking doesn;t work and my important parcel is stuck somewhere. How can it be legal that a company is trading without an impressum on any of its communications, an email address that takes you back into a torturous merry go around as does their facebook page. It is a service of disregard and pretence, quite frankly - SHOCKING but seemingly becoming an accepted culture within the service industry. Some suffering customer has simply turned his frustration into constructive action starting a Government Petition: Regulate the courier service industry with penalties for undelivered parcels - just google it and sign!

Why does Hermes get away with 1. Not having any humans in their so called “contact centre” making it impossible to contact them every time there is an i said (and there is an issue everytime I seem to have a parcel in Hermes hands) and 2. Belatedly lying, stealing and “loosing” parcels every single time and with no explanation ever given?????

Why does Hermes advertise as having a live chat and telephone line when actually that is untrue and you cannot speak to anyone. Is it even legal to advertise this as part of your service when it is not offered at all !! Dishonest I call it!

this company is a joke lost my parcel but said in was delivered into my shed no note no knock on door if you try to contact them you have no chance i could get in touch with mi6 easier ???? how do get any answers

Does anyone have any suggestion as to how I get the items I sent by Hermes and paid for their insurance three months ago actually get them to pay the money incurred to me? In June I sold two sewing machines through eBay. Although I had put 'collect in person' I was asked by both buyers to courier them. I sent them by Hermes and paid extra for their insurance with Hermes. Both arrived badly damaged and unusable. Despite an acknowledgement that they tried to issue refunds within 14 days I am now, three months later still trying to get my money back (nearly £300. I have sent all the copies of proof of invoices and receipts and photos they have asked for several times but still no good. I have now given them a few days to settle this or I will put in a claim with the Small Claims Court. Does anyone have any ideas that I could further try? Barbara Scrutton

where is my order 5915385285767281 waited in three days already your service is rubbish was told 30th May to the 1st June now its gone to 2nd June to the 5th June it would have been quicker to have got my paint from B and Q

why is it impossible for you to track down the courier one? who picked up parcel two? the one who was supposed to deliver. I find this very strange. after losing a Samsung tablet £174. which I would bet my life was delivered. was notified they hadmy parcel . in law I have found out since that having admitted they had it they are responsible. worst couriers on gods earth

I bought an item on eBay and selected click and collect at my local Londis open fronm7am till 8pm, retailer sent via Hermes Hermes tracking says unable to deliver to address because there is a problem with address details please contact Hermes customer service to get parcel back on its way to you , customer services is non existent my question to you Hermes is how can you not find a Londis supermarket? I’ve had trouble with deliveries from you more than once before you really are a shit company.

How come my parcels are being signed by me when I'm not even there.. where have my two parcels gone that were supposedly signed and delivered by me! Both occurred on a Wednesday.. when I managed to see a signature it was a clear forgery.. was ask to fill a form asking for barcode.. how do I know it if I've not seen the parcel. Would agree with the other questions why are you shit.. where is your customer service.. and do you check your couriers to make sure they have no police record. Since I've had my parcels delivered to Sainsbury it's stopped.. have beat the thief.. he or she must know I've caught them out.

Communication lines regarding My Hermes are non-existence. I have called their phone number which advises you to go on to the website and then cuts you off. You cannot speak to anyone, a total waste of time. You speak to someone on the chat line who feed you false information about my parcel being returned to me as it was posted late by Hermes. Finally, they tell you to revert back to a website which is telling me nothing. An awful sub standard service.

myhermes are absolutely appalling - they say they have a customer service line open from 8am - 8pm but there is no one to take calls you are just told to email or conduct a live Webchat which is a useless waste of time - all they say is contact the retailer. Courier blatantly has said that they have attempted delivery when I was putting my Christmas tree lights up outside my front door and today said they tried to deliver but didnt knock door, ring bell or leave a card when I was in my office and I can see who comes to the door!!!!! Disgusting company

Tracking : 0300061983489487 After being indoors waiting for your parcel attempts were not made as no cards was ever left nor did anyone knock on my door.Most appalling service once again.

I sent a large parcel via Hermes to Portugal it tracked all the way there to the depot and then went missing !!!! they have sent me a claims form but after reading these reviews am I likely to receive any money back ?

I doubt it. I sold an item on ebay and sent to the buyer using myhermes. The recipient chased non receipt so after logging an enquiry a myhermes agent told me that the parcel had been lost. Based on that advice I refunded the buyer the cost of the item and completed a claim form that they sent me. My claim was then rejected as they then said the parcel had been delivered and left 'in a safe place' which was a porch. I have since contacted the buyer who has confirmed that she does not have a porch and the parcel has never been received. If the courier did in fact deliver the item and leave it in a porch that indicates that the parcel has been delivered to the wrong address. Myhermes however continue to reject my claim because the item has been left 'in a safe place which is acceptable according to our terms and conditions'. Ludicrous.

Where's my parcel was supposed to be here between 1 & 3pm! Just read your reviews & will sue if like so many other people waiting for parcels it's been stolen! Work for a solicitor and will take this to the highest level.

Mine also went 'missing' at the depot. No doubt in my mind that somone had a look at it, took a liking to it and simply took it. Why the hell should we pay insurance on the chance they steal the damn thing!

I ordered a shirt from Charles Tyrwhitt on Thursday 21st September 17. As I required it for Saturday 23rd Sept, I paid £8.95 for delivery on Friday 22nd Sept. I waited in all day and as the shirt had not arrived by 3pm I contacted Tyrwhitt's and was told that delivery could be made at any time up to 8pm. In the evening both my wife and I were sitting watching TV in the lounge at the front of the house, curtains open, lights on. Car's on the drive, obvious to anyone that someone was home. There was no delivery, so I e-mailed Tyrwhiits and made a complaint. This morning I received an e-mail from Hermes showing that there was an attempt delivery of the parcel at 1940hrs on Friday 22nd September. This is an utter lie, if it were the case all the driver would have had to do, was tap on the window. Also we have a door chime in the lounge. There was no card through the letter box showing an attempt delivery. I can accept a genuine mistake, but for a company to lie, no. The tracking number is 6162290861071
