“Incredibly poor service - avoid at all cost. I was charged for a product that they no longer offered (triple injection package) and the refund that was given given was not at the price that was available for a single unit. Despite ringing and messaging numerous time, I am still out of pocket. Will have to raise a official complaint to the GPcH as well as reporting to my credit card company as fraud/consumer rights issue. They don't answer phone or respond to messages despite taking my money very quickly.”
“Stay away. I ordered a prescription and paid for expedited shipping. They charged me and then I heard nothing. I called multiple times and was told that I would receive email communications as the medicine was approved, dispatched, and then sent out. I received nothing and kept having to call this company. There are so many other companies to use - my recommendation is to use another one if you don't want to spend all your time chasing your order.”

“Order didn’t arrive. No tracking information. Contacted pharmacy twice to enquire but all emails ignored. Bitterly regret ordering. Will now have to source the antihistamines I purchased for my wife elsewhere and ask the bank to take action to recover my monies.”
“Paid for 24 hour delivery, turned up 5 days later. Antibiotics as well so had to go elsewhere in a hurry. Asked for a refund, not heard a thing. Will not use again and will not recommend”
