“a company that uses solicitors should be lawful and pay back any money not belonging to them .i refer to my deposit paid in good faith but had to drop out of sale .i am 70 years old and cant get a mortgage but my savings wernt enough to pay cash ,this company is imoral and should be prosecuted ,”
“I decided to use their conveyance service and paid initial fee of £260 However, changed my mind the next day and requested a refund and almost 2 months later I’m still waiting. They don’t respond to any of my emails and customers services must have my number on block as they refuse to answer any of my calls. Terrible, terrible service! Now trying to get a refund via credit card company.”
