“It’s been two weeks and I still haven’t received my order despite paying £8 for 48hr delivery. Messaged the company and still haven’t got a response. It doesn’t help that they don’t provide a tracking number on the order for the delivery so I have no idea what’s going on with it. The gift was for a baby shower and I missed it completely”

We would like to clarify that your tracking information was emailed to you, and we did not receive any correspondence from you chasing your order prior to this review being left.
We have since tracked your parcel and can see that it is being returned to us due to an incomplete/incorrect delivery address provided at checkout. Unfortunately, this is not something we are responsible for, as customers are required to ensure their full and correct address is entered when placing an order.
Once the parcel is returned to us, we are more than happy to resend it; however, additional postage costs will need to be covered.
