“I ordered four pictures for my husband's birthday. They sent me 4 pictures of someone else. They then could not tell me when I would receive my pictures and my husband received his pictures 2 weeks after his birthday. It was difficult getting any communication from them, they did not apologise, made it difficult in respect of dealing with the incorrect pictures I had received and simply said it happens sometimes because of the way their software work. They offered me no discount whatsoever or compensation. I was extremely disappointed and it caused me a lot of stress dealing with them. This is the first review I have ever written and a real shame as we had ordered from them once before and the service was fine and the photos were lovely.”
