“ I bought a MyPillow 15 years ago. Best pillow ever! I know over time, it is not as firm so I just took an older pillowcase and sewed it smaller to make the pillow firmer as suggested when I bought that first MyPillow. Now 15 years later and many other pillows I have invested in, I decided to order 3 more MyPillows. Still waiting for them to be shipped: that was 17 days ago and still waiting! Customer service sucks!!! 17 days and My Pillows are still "processing"!! ”
