Customer service is non- existent. They don't have a quick response time - no email address and no telephone number. They expect you to resolve queries via a text book on their website! This isn't a survey I'm asking about my missing parcel and asking for a refund.

Now they sent me a totally different looking document for refund from the first one for only 1 product, not all four I received!!! I’ve chosen Evri courier company to pick it up this Wednesday as in no way I would go anywhere with it anymore.
