These people have failed to deliver my product and every time I ask for a refund they keep telling me to wait longer. First a few days, then ten days, then 14 BUSINESS days. At what point do they accept responsibility? And I've been ordering every month for 3 years. Such disrespect. Don't buy from them.

Customer service is non- existent. They don't have a quick response time - no email address and no telephone number. They expect you to resolve queries via a text book on their website! This isn't a survey I'm asking about my missing parcel and asking for a refund.
