Missing delivery, said they would send replacement, didn't. Customer service prompt, but useless. Shop elsewhere.

Myprotein claimed that the courier company had made a mistake, but the courier company was able to prove that they had received instructions from Myprotein to deliver the parcel to the pick-up point. Myprotein took no responsibility. Instead, they gave evasive answers. They did not give direct answers even to simple questions just demanded further information. Their answers to enquiries were: "Please reply to this message at your earliest convenience and please note that without this information we are unable to complete our investigation." My problem was not a big one, but it was too big for Myprotein's customer service. I feel sorry for those whose problem is bigger, because I know Myprotein's reluctance to respond.

Customer service is non- existent. They don't have a quick response time - no email address and no telephone number. They expect you to resolve queries via a text book on their website! This isn't a survey I'm asking about my missing parcel and asking for a refund. AVOID!

WORST SERVICE - NOT WILLING TO FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE The worst customer service I have experienced. I was a customer for many years and had spent Β£300 within 3 weeks with them. They had sent the wrong product to me (the correct sticker but the wrong product). Despite my efforts to rectify the situation by returning the item, I received no assistance after months of chasing them. It seems whoever is responsible for customer service doesn't care about losing high-paying customers.

Buyer beware! My Protein's unflavored EAAs are a tastebud nightmare I wouldn't wish on anyone. From the first sip, it's a nauseating concoction of regret and chemical warfare. Two attempts at customer service (complete with picture proof) were met with deafening silence. Save yourself the stomach churn and avoid this product and brand entirely. There are better options out there that care about both taste and service.

I ordered a few items that were shipped on the 23 of November. I work from home and the delivery is until 9pm and they said they tried delivering it at 9:15pm on the 29 which they did not, since then I've asked several times when will it be delivered or to escalate the situation and they completely ignore what I ask and say it will be delivered soon. Well it's been over two weeks, costumer service ignores my requests and keeps misleading me saying it is going be delivered soon. I have asked for the situation to be escalated several times and I was ignored they don't even address my issues just keep saying it will be delivered soon, well it was shipped on the 23rd nearly a month a go so what about being serious with the client? Disrespectful at the least. 531981137

Do not buy from this website I have ordered whey protein and made the payment and after one week I still get any update from them and contacted the customer care and still getting the same answer that they are investigating my case .

Do NOT buy from this company! They shipped damaged product and with the provided pictures they requested they are not issuing a refund. Very difficult to work with and can not get in touch with a real person

Package not delivered. Didn't receive order. Have refused to refund me and only give me credit despite their refund policy. They said it wasn't there responsibility to successfully deliver my package to me.Verbatim Spent one hour on their chat with "Nathan" who offered no solution, apology, and was quite rude and unprofessional. No further contact information was given i.e. emails, phone numbers because apparently they don't have them. I pray you don't run into issues with your order because if you do, they don't seem to know how to conduct themselves and truly act like a shady/ small business. Still looking forward to someone getting into contact with me. But I am still truly shocked about this whole transaction and how they conducted themselves. Like no product - then refund. Truly mind boggling how some companies cannot hold themselves to simple standards of commercialism. PLEASE CONTACT ME MYPROTEIN as Nathan discontinued and log off the chat with me and didn't provide any more contact information to customer service nor beyond.

I'm very unhappy with the customer service I've received from MyProtein. I placed an order and my product arrived damaged, there was a literal hole in the bag. I contacted customer service right away, but they have been beating around the bush and asking for details of my order despite me uploading all the details and proof of damage at my initial request for refund. This has been very frustrating to me, i feel like im dealing with bots. Its taking them ages to respond as to what to do next if i want a refund. Do i need to return the whole bag? Feels like you're holding my money hostage and just hoping that ignoring your international customers means they will stop bothering you eventually. The responses I receive are generic and unhelpful. I'm very disappointed with MyProtein and I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I'm very unhappy with the customer service I've received from MyProtein. I placed an order and wanted to add another item shortly after. I contacted customer service right away, but they refused to amend the order and told me to return it for a refund. This was very inconvenient and frustrating. To make matters worse, when I received the order, there was a bag missing. I emailed customer service again, but they gave me the same response: return the order for a refund. This is unacceptable. I paid for the products and I expect to receive them. I don't feel like I'm being listened to or valued as a customer. The responses I receive are generic and unhelpful. I'm very disappointed with MyProtein and I hope you can resolve this issue as soon as possible. Order Number:486494020

I've ordered from Myprotein for more than 20 years and never happened nothing like this, I’ve been charged 3 TIMES for the same order. After hundreds of calls to costumer service and nobody care, my last chance was thru message and I’ve spoken with: Sthabiso, Samkelisiwe and Callum no one help me to solve their mistake ( for me is a robbery) of charging the costumer 3 TIMES. They demand to send them a print screen as proof of what I was saying, like the Bank institutions don’t aloud to do print screens, I’ve to send them a bank statement. (wishing that nothing wrong happen with my personal details) Just be aware of this company, after the pandemic looks like they have moved to the backyard. For 12+ years I have been a customer of myprotein However, as they have grown, it has become evident that the quality of their service has drastically diminished. I agree that discount codes, flash sales are contradictory and are simply a marketing strategy. Nonetheless, what really frustrates me is their delivery service which explains why many people are turning to other suppliers. They continue to use evri (Hermes) who often fail to deliver and packages never arrive in accordance with the estimated delivery date. It is now 2 weeks I have no order and now i have been told to wait for a refund whilst they carry out their investigation absolutely appalling. I get on some occasions deliveries get delayed but to have 2 orders go missing and then being told to wait longer reflects on how poor myprotein is as a business from a service level. next stop, Protein works or bulk

Placed my first ever order on the 28th August, next day delivery, never came. Spoke to them, delivery date was the 8th September, never came. Several conversations with their live chat state there's nothing wrong with my order but there's "delays" in the warehouse. My friend ordered after me and got it next day. I told them if I didn't receive it next day I will contact again to cancel my order. They said it will be with me the next day or the day after, never came. I canceled my order, they said I'll get an email, no email came. Over a week later their instagram team spoke to me and confirmed they only requested to cancel my order over a week after me initially asking. 2-5 working days is their motto. My order is still outstanding, no update on canceling, no update on my refund. My money is held hostage by this company and apparently it's for no reason?

I took an advantage of 50% off on subscription orders for whey protein drinks. I cancelled my subscription before MP was supposed to charge me for next order as I don’t use them on daily basis and had plenty enough left (I ordered 4 of them). My order was made 24/05 with a subscription every month. I was charged on 6/07, that means I was clearly very randomly charged. I sent them an email right after charging me before dispatching (- live chat does not work, phone number that’s provided, is not going through) to cancel my order. How naive! The order was sent. Alright, I went through my MP account to make a return and there is no mention about this order at all. Like it was never made, does not exist in my history. So again, another email sent about the whole mess and asking for return document (I cannot get it through their website as my order does not exist). They sent me the file to print and only option was Post Office. So I went there but they could not accept it as the label did not have any QR code to scan, only barcode, that means I’d have to pay for the package accordingly to its weight. With this huge box that I had to pay for while never asked for, I had to go to the post office and back home. :) Great, another email sent about my never ending experience and requiring to not pay anything for sending it back. They asked for a proof of payment and products I received. So I sent them. Now they sent me a totally different looking document for refund from the first one for only 1 product, not all four I received!!! I’ve chosen Evri courier company to pick it up this Wednesday as in no way I would go anywhere with it anymore. I still have to pay Β£3 for the refund. Who knows if Evri are going to even accept it as the label does not match the weight of the box. I do not care anymore, I just want to get rid of these unwanted items and my money back. I never had a problem with this company but I must admit I never had a subscription from them. It is a shame such a huge company is not capable to deal with such problems easily. If you are not able to have it sent back to you without giving me more troubles (I have my own life with other things to do than figuring out how to return you things I never asked for), just send me my money back the same way you took it from me without my permission.

Ordered preworkout, it arrived rock hard due to moisture leakage, I wrote a message to them explaining the situation and wanting a replacement sent, they messed me around for over a month claiming they have "sent the issue to another customer service rep and will get back to me within 2-3 days" they said this exact same line 4 times, I have now given up and never will I ever purchase from myprotein again!

I placed an order which failed twice - no reason given, but I moved on and ordered from somewhere else (bulk.com). 6 weeks later out of the blue, they recharged my card without permission, no notice given, just 5-6 unauthorised transactions on my card and sent the now unwanted items. I raised the issue with them but they would not accept fault, despite it clearly being in their terms & conditions they try and recharge 48 hours later, not 6 weeks! It's like you're not actually engaging with a real person that is understanding what they've done wrong. Just passed from one 'customer service rep' to the next. They are now refusing to collect goods or refund me. I've expressed that I can not return these, but would accommodate a collection - such as Hermes, UPS, TNT. But they are telling me 'it won't take me much time for you to print a label and drop off' - unbelievable. They have no idea of my circumstances. And whether it 'take much time' or not, why should I take time and cost to return something, that is clearly their mistake? I will now be speaking with my bank in regards to a chargeback. And advise anyone considering to use these, to avoid and find a more reputable company. It's one thing to make a mistake, an entirely other when you don't admit fault and then try and push it on the innocent party to correct. No accountability. AVOID!

The protein powder that I received is quite old and will get expired in April 2022, just 40 days remaining. Packet looked dusty and of very low quality. Very disappointed with the experience. I even tasted 1 scoop of same packet (Masala chai flavour) and it tasted very sweet too. I am wondering how much sugar is added in that packet. Overall a very bad experience ordering MyProtein supplement.
