I have been given the runaround for almost three weeks now about getting a refund on a cancelled order because they just wouldn't ship it. I keep getting told that someone will look into it and get back to me. I keep asking if I can get an email so that I can have some sort of paper trail. Luckily I have been screen clipping my conversations. Don't waste your time with these thieves.

I placed a $200 order with them on Friday, 20 November 2020. When I got the Email confirmation invoice of the completed Debit, they had charged me $100 for shipping! (Utah to Los Angeles!??) I had SPECIFICALLY chosen "Free Shipping" on the order. This "company" has NO customer service Email, their "chat" is closed or down, the phone number has a recorded message saying they're unavailable because "lines are down", and when I try to message through their website, suddenly I can't log in because my "Email is invalid". There is literally NO WAY for me to contact them. It is a clever scam though, because if I send this stuff back (IF I ever get it), they'd probably just (maybe) refund it EXCEPT the $100 shipping. I will be filing a complaint with the Utah Department of Commerce/ Consumer Fraud Division.

I'd rather have COVID or AIDS Took over 2 months to receive equipment, when it arrived the goods were damaged. No refunds given. Blamed any situation they could to worm their way out of it Customer support can only offer an apology to you, an apology won't bring back my stomach lining that I bled out due to water damaged products. MP delete any customer requests from your account - so the follow up process is difficult to say the least.

Not sure it's Hermes' faults or Myprotein's faults, but I never received anything that I ordered for 3 whole fcking months, even after 2 messages and very patiently waiting and very politely asking.

Avoid! Avoid!! Delivery never came. Waiting 3 1/2 weeks for it. Repeatedly emailed them and asked for replacement & then for a refund, but have been stonewalled. Zero help, no replacement, no refund but have happily taken my money. Avoid.

Much like everyone else, I placed my order three and a half weeks ago and I just got an email today blaming COVID and FedEx for shipment delays but they haven’t even delivered the package to FedEx yet (this is according to FedEx itself). My next step is to contact my state attorneys general office as well as filing a complaint with FedEx itself so hopefully they’ll discontinue working with this company ever again.

Ordered protein over week ago now.showed had been delivered as received photo of it sitting on my doorstep all day whilst I was out. So clearly get home and my parcel has disappeared. Contact with my protein is hard no phone their live chat is unavailable and when they message you back it's always automated messages hardly any contain from my protein it self. Message says with they to resolve in 24hrs at busy times allow for 48hrs how is a week and a half 48rs because that how long I've now waited and nothing has been resolved. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Found this on citizen advice and also even tho the delivery company hermes they use are absolutely useless it is not actually there responsibility to ensure delivery it is the company that sent the item/product and they should have to resend.

Really bad customer service, the promotion code didn’t apply to my order, I couldn’t cancel it. I’m trying to refund it and it’s a nightmare to get help from customer service I really had better expectations from this company, once you spent your money they don’t care if you happy or not with the order

I have been a loyal MyProtein customer for multiple years now. During that time I have never had to deal with their customer service until recently, as they shipped my whey to the wrong address. Instead of trying to resolve their mistake, MP customer service told me there is 'nothing they can do' & to contact the current residents who live at my old address and sort it out. Other than that address being 20 miles away, there is also a pandemic happening right now. This advice is not only useless but also reckless. I am now out $50 and gained nothing but a headache. Myprotein is a dishonest company who has no problems stealing from their customers. Truly shameful experience, and I highly recommend you think twice before giving MyProtein your business. (Look at their reviews on Facebook/Reddit too; there are many horror stories similar to mine.) Their product is decent but their customer service is atrocious. Make no mistake, Myprotein does not give a shit about you or your years of loyalty. Spend your money on a company who values you, not with Myprotein.

Order Number: 192863479 There are no zero stars or else I would have happily given zero. The worst service I have received in my life. I placed an order on 27th December, 19 (Christmas Sale). I ordered natural vanilla 2 x 5.5lbs. The order processed and stated that it will be dispatched on 30th Dec. Today is 17th Jan still my order is in processing. I mailed them 3 times before just to know what is the problem. The replies I got were "Due to the high volume of orders they are still processing it". Today I lost my patience and asked them again what is happening with my order? The response I got was horrible. They said that the flavour(Natural Vanilla) that I ordered they have stopped manufacturing. What???. So I told them that I am ok with some other flavour please dispatch my order I already waited for more than 3 weeks. They said they can't do it either. Really Guys!!!!. They used my money for more than 3 weeks and now they say they won't send me my order. This is a total SCAM. They just use their customers money.

I am waiting since Wednesday 13th to be order #103387267 dispatched as it was estimated 4 days ago although on their webpage they advertise delivery in 3-4 days. Webpage is inaccurate in following information: -false advertising of shipping rates and times -client is not informed about delays in a timely manner -when I tried to get refund before dispatch they refused to provide that -wrong information about dispatch and delivery times given when completing purchase I am keen in advertising and I have justified reasons to believe they are misleading consumers despite they are aware they will not fulfill contractual obligations.

Placed my first ever order on the 28th August, next day delivery, never came. Spoke to them, delivery date was the 8th September, never came. Several conversations with their live chat state there's nothing wrong with my order but there's "delays" in the warehouse. My friend ordered after me and got it next day. I told them if I didn't receive it next day I will contact again to cancel my order. They said it will be with me the next day or the day after, never came. I canceled my order, they said I'll get an email, no email came. Over a week later their instagram team spoke to me and confirmed they only requested to cancel my order over a week after me initially asking. 2-5 working days is their motto. My order is still outstanding, no update on canceling, no update on my refund. My money is held hostage by this company and apparently it's for no reason?

NO SHOW DELIEVERY I am extremely disappointed after using MyProtein after not receiving my package which was claimed to be delivered by Hermes in a safe place on 26.06.2021. After using their messaging service on my account I have been sent the same generic message starting the process over and over again 6 times by different advisors. After filling in the same information the 3rd time told to wait 48 hours for a conclusion of the investigation to which I waited and then pushed back to the start. Highly recommend any potential shopper to consider using a different company!

200 mg tablets of Caffeine. I lost my sense of taste after taking these. I reported the occurrence to My Protein, it was agreed that I should return the product. They sent me a Returns Label which I used, the item was received 2 days later. My refund.....go on, I dare you to guess?!!? So, several weeks later, not a word from them and no refund. I did use PayPal and will use them to expedite the missing cash. DO NOT GO CLOSE TO THIS OUTFIT. I lost my sense of taste for a full week. I would not like the same OR WORSE to happen to someone else. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

Don't risk your money. You have a very high chance of receiving the wrong product. I bought caffeine TABLETS. The page as well as the LABEL said TABLETS! Inside were capsules. It doesn't sound like a big deal, but I wanted tablets so I can split the dose. I threw them away without even attempting to test it out, because I don't trust something that people can potentially overdose on and die that was mislabed. I have been asking for a refund for the past week. I go on to their instagram and they continue to make videos without addressing my concern. VERY fraudulent company. Don't trust them.

My order never shipped (waited 3 weeks or so) and I was given a runaround of 2 weeks or so when I requested a refund. My suggestion to all of those who are trying to get a refund but aren't getting it, dispute the transaction through your bank. After I disputed the transaction I say that within 5 business days I received my refund. I do not recommend anyone do business with them.

I have been using their products for the past two years without issues until now. I placed an order on 1/1/21 (today is the 12th) and have been receiving emails every other day alerting me that my order has been delayed, but there is no estimated delivery date. I sent an email asking for an estimated date and have yet to get a response.

Never do business with them. First the refused to cancel my order within 2 hours of purchase then they failed to deliver, later they offered a refund on 24 December 2020, 06:52 but failed to refund as well and I didn't get the refund yet. Whenever I ask for my refund they ask me to wait 48-72 hours more. Never ever do business with them. Edit: I received a response from MyProtien team, as per them refund has been processed on 30th Dec, when I contacted my bank they said no refunds was received. I request MyProtien team to provide the proof of refund which they refused which means they never initiated the refund. I've all this communication as proof.
