I have been a loyal MyProtein customer for multiple years now. During that time I have never had to deal with their customer service until recently, as they shipped my whey to the wrong address.
Instead of trying to resolve their mistake, MP customer service told me there is 'nothing they can do' & to contact the current residents who live at my old address and sort it out. Other than that address being 20 miles away, there is also a pandemic happening right now. This advice is not only useless but also reckless. I am now out $50 and gained nothing but a headache. Myprotein is a dishonest company who has no problems stealing from their customers. Truly shameful experience, and I highly recommend you think twice before giving MyProtein your business. (Look at their reviews on Facebook/Reddit too; there are many horror stories similar to mine.)
Their product is decent but their customer service is atrocious. Make no mistake, Myprotein does not give a shit about you or your years of loyalty. Spend your money on a company who values you, not with Myprotein.
