I placed a $200 order with them on Friday, 20 November 2020. When I got the Email confirmation invoice of the completed Debit, they had charged me $100 for shipping! (Utah to Los Angeles!??)
I had SPECIFICALLY chosen "Free Shipping" on the order.
This "company" has NO customer service Email, their "chat" is closed or down, the phone number has a recorded message saying they're unavailable because "lines are down", and when I try to message through their website, suddenly I can't log in because my "Email is invalid". There is literally NO WAY for me to contact them.
It is a clever scam though, because if I send this stuff back (IF I ever get it), they'd probably just (maybe) refund it EXCEPT the $100 shipping.
I will be filing a complaint with the Utah Department of Commerce/ Consumer Fraud Division.
