Much like everyone else, I placed my order three and a half weeks ago and I just got an email today blaming COVID and FedEx for shipment delays but they haven’t even delivered the package to FedEx yet (this is according to FedEx itself). My next step is to contact my state attorneys general office as well as filing a complaint with FedEx itself so hopefully they’ll discontinue working with this company ever again.
