I'd rather have COVID or AIDS
Took over 2 months to receive equipment, when it arrived the goods were damaged. No refunds given. Blamed any situation they could to worm their way out of it
Customer support can only offer an apology to you, an apology won't bring back my stomach lining that I bled out due to water damaged products.
MP delete any customer requests from your account - so the follow up process is difficult to say the least.
