“Good qualify clothing and always good discounts available. The one thing that lets them down is the fact they use Hermes. They seem so useless and unable to help. I will stick with gymshark as they allow you to choose either dpd or Hermes delivery. Anything over Hermes who are absolutely useless.”

“Not particularly happy with the service provided in regards to a refund. Ordered a large bag of whey protein which only had 6 months shelf life. Was told to return it by staff and received all relevant paperwork. It's been 2 weeks since they received and it and I still don't have my refund! Seems an inconvenience for them to have to "scan it in". Judgin by the comments below i might be waiting some time yet!! All other aspects of the order was absolutely fine. Just trying to get my miney back seems to be a problem!”
