Not particularly happy with the service provided in regards to a refund. Ordered a large bag of whey protein which only had 6 months shelf life. Was told to return it by staff and received all relevant paperwork. It's been 2 weeks since they received and it and I still don't have my refund! Seems an inconvenience for them to have to "scan it in". Judgin by the comments below i might be waiting some time yet!!
All other aspects of the order was absolutely fine. Just trying to get my miney back seems to be a problem!
