I'd rather have COVID or AIDS Took over 2 months to receive equipment, when it arrived the goods were damaged. No refunds given. Blamed any situation they could to worm their way out of it Customer support can only offer an apology to you, an apology won't bring back my stomach lining that I bled out due to water damaged products. MP delete any customer requests from your account - so the follow up process is difficult to say the least.

I have been given the runaround for almost three weeks now about getting a refund on a cancelled order because they just wouldn't ship it. I keep getting told that someone will look into it and get back to me. I keep asking if I can get an email so that I can have some sort of paper trail. Luckily I have been screen clipping my conversations. Don't waste your time with these thieves.

I made a purchase last year during the black friday sale. And as the purchase was above 100 Euro I was supposed to receive a black friday box worth 44pounds. Its now 2 months since the order was placed and I am yet to receive the same. When I contacted customer care the response I received is - "I’m sorry that this hasn’t been sent to you yet as this is currently out of stock and it doesn't look like we are getting anymore in stock. I can offer your £5.00 credit onto your account as a gesture of good will". This is too sloppy from MyProtein. At least I don't think I can trust this company going forward.

Not sure it's Hermes' faults or Myprotein's faults, but I never received anything that I ordered for 3 whole fcking months, even after 2 messages and very patiently waiting and very politely asking.

I never ordered anything from this place in my life but I have 4 different transactions on my bank statement all in the same day they refuse to help me find out who used my account information.

I have been using their products for the past two years without issues until now. I placed an order on 1/1/21 (today is the 12th) and have been receiving emails every other day alerting me that my order has been delayed, but there is no estimated delivery date. I sent an email asking for an estimated date and have yet to get a response.

Never do business with them. First the refused to cancel my order within 2 hours of purchase then they failed to deliver, later they offered a refund on 24 December 2020, 06:52 but failed to refund as well and I didn't get the refund yet. Whenever I ask for my refund they ask me to wait 48-72 hours more. Never ever do business with them. Edit: I received a response from MyProtien team, as per them refund has been processed on 30th Dec, when I contacted my bank they said no refunds was received. I request MyProtien team to provide the proof of refund which they refused which means they never initiated the refund. I've all this communication as proof.

HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS. This company will respond quickly to you to turn your "outstanding" issue into a "completed" issue, but they rarely ever answer the questions you ask, and they provide no help or a phone number to talk to a human and get answers. I ordered $45 worth of vitamins as a gift and for the past 3 MONTHS I have been communicating back and forth with a variety of workers. No email chain goes to the same person so you have to explain yourself OVER AND OVER AGAIN. I considered posting the entire email chain but decided that is not worth my time. This company is not worth your time or money. I did not receive my items, and although it was the fault of the post office (supposedly) for leaving my package outside my door on main street *sighs*, the fact that they could not tell me that it had been delivered and there was nothing I could do was a total waste of my time. THE VITAMINS MIGHT BE NICE BUT YOU WILL RECEIVE NO HELP IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM. DON'T RISK YOUR MONEY. THERE'S NOT EVEN A VALID TRACKING NUMBER.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I ordered 4 things back on August 26th, 2020. I received 3 of my items within a week, but did not receive my 4th. The website said that it would arrive on 9/3. I messaged them on 9/10 about the arrival date...no response. I messaged them again on 9/17 and received a response on 9/19. They told me the product I ordered was out of stock and that I could cancel or wait. I decided to wait and I've yet to receive my order and yet to receive any type of update from Myprotein. It has not been 3 and a half months since I ordered the item.

Do not trust this company. I bought 2 boxes of collagen shots from them and it burnt my mouth and throat. Thought it may have been a bad batch so I tried one from the other box and same thing happened. I asked for a refund and they refused. I read that the product contains some ingredients that are carcinogenic and one is even a banned substance in some countries. I would never want to be taking a product that contains paint stripper. Just wish I had researched the ingredients before I bought it. This company has no email address and all correspondence has to go through the website which I find ridiculous. When they do bother to reply weeks later they dont even care whats going on or care about their customers. Worst customer service ever!! What business doesn't have an email address? Seems a bit suss to me.

Avoid! Avoid!! Delivery never came. Waiting 3 1/2 weeks for it. Repeatedly emailed them and asked for replacement & then for a refund, but have been stonewalled. Zero help, no replacement, no refund but have happily taken my money. Avoid.

Made 2 orders, the first one says shipped but the tracking number doesn't actually give any information, so it looks like it hasn't been sent. 2nd order has not been shipped after a few weeks. Wish I hadn't ordered from them. Customer service is non-existant.

Much like everyone else, I placed my order three and a half weeks ago and I just got an email today blaming COVID and FedEx for shipment delays but they haven’t even delivered the package to FedEx yet (this is according to FedEx itself). My next step is to contact my state attorneys general office as well as filing a complaint with FedEx itself so hopefully they’ll discontinue working with this company ever again.

Ordered protein over week ago now.showed had been delivered as received photo of it sitting on my doorstep all day whilst I was out. So clearly get home and my parcel has disappeared. Contact with my protein is hard no phone their live chat is unavailable and when they message you back it's always automated messages hardly any contain from my protein it self. Message says with they to resolve in 24hrs at busy times allow for 48hrs how is a week and a half 48rs because that how long I've now waited and nothing has been resolved. Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Found this on citizen advice and also even tho the delivery company hermes they use are absolutely useless it is not actually there responsibility to ensure delivery it is the company that sent the item/product and they should have to resend.

I placed a $200 order with them on Friday, 20 November 2020. When I got the Email confirmation invoice of the completed Debit, they had charged me $100 for shipping! (Utah to Los Angeles!??) I had SPECIFICALLY chosen "Free Shipping" on the order. This "company" has NO customer service Email, their "chat" is closed or down, the phone number has a recorded message saying they're unavailable because "lines are down", and when I try to message through their website, suddenly I can't log in because my "Email is invalid". There is literally NO WAY for me to contact them. It is a clever scam though, because if I send this stuff back (IF I ever get it), they'd probably just (maybe) refund it EXCEPT the $100 shipping. I will be filing a complaint with the Utah Department of Commerce/ Consumer Fraud Division.

Really bad customer service, the promotion code didn’t apply to my order, I couldn’t cancel it. I’m trying to refund it and it’s a nightmare to get help from customer service I really had better expectations from this company, once you spent your money they don’t care if you happy or not with the order

According to my recent order with MyProtein. There was one item that I was concerned about. Which was a Daily Multivitamin tablet. I contacted the customer service about it that the tablet I received didn’t look the same as the picture advertised on the website. The tablet on the website is white capsule, but the tablet I received was uncoated yellow colour, and their response to my query and concern was, “I can see from your photo it looks like you have edited the image...” - WHAT?! Are you serious?! I couldn’t believe this would be their response to my query and concern. It didn’t matter whether I edited the photo or not. My main concern was my health and safety, because the tablet didn’t look the same as on the website. This is something I put in my body, and I wanted to know why? I couldn’t believe it that the FIRST THING their customer service staff, “Oliver” cared about was the photo being edited! Yes, I made the photo brighter, as it was dark and I could hardly see the actual colour of the tablet in the bottle when I took it, and also, so that the customer service team could see it clearly as well. Oliver, the customer service staff didn’t even said anything about the fact that the TABLET ITSELF BEING TOTALLY DIFFERENT IN COLOUR AND LOOK! But more worried about the photo being edited! Unbelievable! I wish that the customer service staff would put their feet into my shoes! What if this happened to them when they ordering something and receiving something that looks totally different from the website?! I have prove of the original photo I took without it being brightened including a video, so you can see the actual product and also the response from the company’s customer service staff Oliver as well. I have consumer rights to be concerned about my health and safety, and your company should give an explanation and answer to my query and concern, NOT pointing out about the photo being edited which wasn’t even important! I usually spend fortune on their products and this is such a disappointment, the way your staff handled my concern about health and safety!

I have been a loyal MyProtein customer for multiple years now. During that time I have never had to deal with their customer service until recently, as they shipped my whey to the wrong address. Instead of trying to resolve their mistake, MP customer service told me there is 'nothing they can do' & to contact the current residents who live at my old address and sort it out. Other than that address being 20 miles away, there is also a pandemic happening right now. This advice is not only useless but also reckless. I am now out $50 and gained nothing but a headache. Myprotein is a dishonest company who has no problems stealing from their customers. Truly shameful experience, and I highly recommend you think twice before giving MyProtein your business. (Look at their reviews on Facebook/Reddit too; there are many horror stories similar to mine.) Their product is decent but their customer service is atrocious. Make no mistake, Myprotein does not give a shit about you or your years of loyalty. Spend your money on a company who values you, not with Myprotein.
