𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗦𝗧 𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥
The parcel was sent to a pick-up point even though it was supposed to come to my home. Myprotein claimed that the courier company had made a mistake, but the courier company was able to prove that they had received instructions from Myprotein to deliver the parcel to the pick-up point.
Myprotein took no responsibility. Instead, they gave evasive answers. They did not give direct answers even to simple questions just demanded further information.
Their answers to enquiries were: "Please reply to this message at your earliest convenience and please note that without this information we are unable to complete our investigation."
My problem was not a big one, but it was too big for Myprotein's customer service.
I feel sorry for those whose problem is bigger, because I know Myprotein's reluctance to respond.
