My package arrived which was chewed into by a rat/ mouse. I contacted customer service nearly 5 days ago now and they have not done anything. They’ve just taken my money and left me with a bag of protein which was eaten into by a rat.
Myprotein has fallen off so bad as the customer service is dreadful.
Any other business would be doing whatever they can to make things right after such a disgusting error but the person I spoke to on the customer service chat was literally no help at all and she took about 5 minutes to reply to each message on chat.
I am extremely unhappy and I want a refund I will take my money and buy my protein elsewhere. Shame to lose a loyal customer for 7+ years.
