1st order its lost by Fedex though fedex each day say they are delivering but dont!!!
Contacted Mystic expecting a good response and each day just got its out for delivery. I asked for refund or resend for next day again just got same reply.
Claimed back money from the bank!!!

Have bought here for quite some years now, and buy not small amonts. I think:) And I always think I get the products ordered very quickly.
And if there have been something wrong through the years, which can happen, I know with firm myself for 39 years, I experience they are very dedicated to solve it.

“This company is a shambles. We placed a large order with them, they falsely advertised the product on their website, then delivered the wrong thing. It cost us a lot more money to fix their mistake via another supplier- not only have they not even attempted to make good on this, they havent even refunded us or picked up the wrong products 2 weeks later. They dont seem have a QA process in place to check what they put on their website and make it your problem when they mess up. The product data sheets online were wrong. They have turned someone who was repeatedly buying more and more each time into someone that thinks the company is a scam.Disgraceful.”
