When I contacted customer service, they immediately refused my request because the item was "Final Sale".

I placed an order for a Marmar dress it cane damaged within 4 days I see it on line 30% off. I asked them to make an adjustment and I’ll keep it they would not agree. Very bad service. I also ordered a Carolina Herrera dress that I found out it was last years style I asked for an adjustment in price and they wouldn’t do it either SMH

Having read some of the reviews, it makes sense why I have not had a response from My Theresa regarding a returns label. I cannot get a response from anyone. I’m really disappointed with the service and attitude. I too will not be buying from this Company again although I have purchased many expensive items in the past. They are not a professional company.

Does no one check orders before they’re sent out? To make matters worse, I’ve been going back and forth with customer service, only to find out that the correct size and colour from my original order is now sold out.

Despite numerous requests to the company's customer service department, the company refuses to follow up or do anything about it! The company won't even call DHS (its chosen delivery method) or call customs to ensure that THEY provided the correct paperwork.
