“Goods meet expectations, reasonable prices. Fulfillment a bit slow - some goods not kept in stock (no indication where items in basket cannot be dispatched immediately). Payment taken several days before picking & dispatch - not in keeping with online sales best practice.”
“Lightweight and efficient strimmer. Mower made a better job of the lawn than my old one, though wasn't really any lighter or easier to manoeuvre. Not having a cord made the job much quicker though. Small battery lasted long enough for both mower and strimmer to do my small lawn. Two minor niggles - the strimmer vibrates a lot so would be uncomfortable to use for long periods - and it was delivered to my neighbors' shed the other side of the block, not mine. The lawnmower came to the right address a week later, though.”
“I sent my 2 star review to your site. It was verified as true (I attached my invoice) and yet mytoolshed are only showing 5 star reviews. What is the point of reviewing a company if they don't publish ALL reviews ie the good and the bad.”
