Two hours after starting the swap, I received a notification that my transaction had been flagged, and I needed to contact customer support at n.exchange.
Upon reaching out, I was informed that my transaction was flagged due to suspicious activity, and I would need to undergo KYC. Although I had no issue complying, being on the other side of the world without all the necessary paperwork became a challenge. I submitted my passport, utility bill, proof of funds, and contact information for the individuals who sent me the BTC for a watch I sold.
For the past two weeks, I've received absolutely no updates, just copy-paste responses, driving me to the brink of frustration given the significant portion of my savings involved. It's worth noting that this ordeal occurred during Christmas and New Year's, forcing me to halt present purchases for my family and loved ones.
