“I started the NACA program a little over two years ago. I was skeptical in the beginning and thought that there would be a catch to this program. I have had a couple of issues to arise while doing the program so it has taken me longer to complete. I have had the same counselor (Andrea Haqq) the entire time that I have been in the program. She has been so helpful and encouraging during this entire process. Even when I wanted to just stop with the program she would encourage me to keep going. The Customer Service that you get from the counselors makes you want to continue. With No Down Payment, No Mortgage Insurance,No Closing cost and the Interest Rate will always be Below the Market Rate you should definitely try NACA. You also have the option to buy down your Interest Rate even lower. Hopefully I will be closing on my new home before the year ends. Good Luck everyone”
