My experience with NACA from the time I started has been good, this is a very intricate/ detailed process, does take time however I am being guided step by step which I needed because this is all new to me. I do feel good about the direction we are heading in, and my counselor Shane works with me and is always available for communication, clarification, and support if and when needed. If you're considering purchasing for your homeownership and need guidance seek NACA.

I have just started the NACA mortgage process. It is very detailed; however, I was supported through every step of the process by my mortgage counsellor. NACA makes buying a home affordable for me especially in this economy. It's a pleasure working with NACA and I look forward to purchasing my home through NACA soon.

I have been working with a NACA counselor since May 2024. I tried to follow all of the advice from the counselor to put me in a better position for home buying. I had no idea that right before Thanksgiving that my file would be almost complete to submit for me to begin searching for a home! I would highly recommend anyone who is serious about being a homeowner to sign up ASAP!!!!

I heard about NACA through a family member who advised me of the extensive benefits and homeowner counseling. I’ve attending the homebuyer workshop and felt prepared to embark the journey. My counselor, Jesus, was upfront about the eligibility requirements and quickest route to homeownership. I’d definitely recommend NACA to anyone who wants to take this step.

Naca has one of the best homeownership programs in today’s market. I like that they actually do a thorough diligence in making sure they are communicating and extending credit to by doing follow-ups via zoom. The process is super tedious, but I was able to speak with Rochelle M., who brought forth a better understanding of the process.

I have attended a NACA workshop on two occasions. This second time I actually have been putting in the work to get a home. NACA has help me to see that my dream of becoming a home owner is not as hard as I thought. The process is tedious but I know it will be well worth it. Thanks to NACA I believe I will become a homeowner in 2025!

I have procrastinated but I do have to say I’ve met others who have gone thru the process with NACA and in little as one week we’re shopping for a home. As long as you have things in order, you already have the funds and you upload all documents right away you will get approved and will finally become a home owner. 2025 is the goal I will get my house. This program is real, it works and you should go for it.

Learning about NACA through a work colleague has been a blessing. Owning a home now feels within reach. The workshop was very helpful and allowed me and my partner to further understand the process. We are happy with the help we have received and have a NACA Counselor that has been very prompt in her email communication. I am looking forward to purchasing a home with my partner through NACA.

My husband and I recently started working with the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) to help us with our first time home buying process, and I can confidently say that our experience, so far, is exceeding all of our expectations. I'd like to share some more details here: Service Requested: We reached out to NACA for assistance with our first time home buying process and homeownership counseling. As a first-time homebuyer, navigating the mortgage process is a bit overwhelming, and we needed guidance to ensure we were getting the best deal and staying on top of our finances. NACA's program offered not just financial advice, but also an advocacy service to help us get better mortgage rates and terms. Quality: The quality of service at NACA has been top-notch. From the moment we attended their initial workshop to the follow-up meetings with counselors, we are definitely feeling supported and informed. Their team is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. The counselor assigned to us has been professional, takes the time to explain everything in detail, and answers all our questions, no matter how small. She makes sure we understand every step of the process and even advocates on our behalf with lenders. We are truly impressed by how much they care about our success. Value: This is where NACA really stands out. They provide their services for free -- there are no fees, no hidden costs, and no pressure. Considering the cost of hiring a private mortgage advisor or lawyer, the value of NACA's services is hard to beat. They offer a comprehensive, full-service program that includes not only mortgage assistance but also credit counseling and homebuyer education. Final Thoughts: If you're struggling with homeownership issues or looking for expert advice, I highly recommend NACA. Their team goes above and beyond to help you, and the fact that it's all free makes it even more incredible. We are now on track to achieve homeownership and financial stability. Don't hesitate to reach out to them -- they're a fantastic resource for homeowners at any stage!

I currently live in Sacramento CA and am looking to purchase a home in North Dakota. I sent a message to my counselor before out meeting and asked if I'd still be able to get assistance. She said yes (replied via email so I can prove it) and asked about my job, which would remain the same as it is remote. We scheduled my appointment, and I paid my membership dees and fees to pull credit reports. I then took the time off work to attend said appointment. 15 minutes in, she tells me, oh we don't help with homes there. Like what? I already told you before we scheduled this and you said you do! Then we ended our meeting. The next day I reached out to complain and ask why my time was wasted. I was then told she gave me bad information, and that Naca is now moving into the area, and that I could still buy a home. In the next couple of days they told me that I needed to find a home inspector in the area because they aren't familiar with ND. Again , I am in California, so neither am I. After some back and forth, they basically expected me to not only find an inspector, but I'm supposed to get the inspector to attend naca webinars and assist getting them set up with NACA. This is not my job and I don't work for them. The whole thing was a huge waste of time and money. My so called counselor sent me an email asking if I wanted to continue and I said not if I need to get vendors on boarded. She replied with ok good luck. Not helpful and provide bad info. I'll just be using other methods to purchase my home.
