“The products are nice but the service is not good. As soon as I placed my order, I realised that I had forgotten to apply the discount code I had been sent that morning (which is what had prompted me to place my order). I emailed N&T straight away asking if they could apply it for me after the fact. That was over 2 weeks ago. Not a word in response, despite my sending a follow up email. I will not order again for that reason. I don't care how good a product is if I am not made to feel valued as a customer.”
“It’s been 1 month using the creams and 4 months using the night serum & daily Luminate serum & Revive eye cream. I honestly haven’t noticed a difference. Still have wrinkles and no fading of brown spots. Also, rejuvenating face oil”
