“Bought a picnic blanket that I was using several times a week, until the clip broke. A short email exchange with Nakie and they arranged for the blanket to be returned free of charge, repaired and sent back to me. I also have one of the towels, which is absorbant and sand stays off. Their customer service is amazing!!
