“After selecting our favourite from the many designs on offer, the whole process was a quick, efficient and very satisfying experience. Delivery was quicker than expected, and the presentation box with a mall gifted bow was a nice touch. My partner was very happy with the quality and presentation of the necklace, and we would certainly order again without hesitation.”

“Very fast service, my necklace was ordered late on a Monday afternoon and it was delivered Wednesday lunchtime, which is fantastic as I live in Cornwall. The necklace is absolutely stunning and I have had numerous compliments about how beautiful it is. I would definitely recommend Name Necklaces Direct to my friends and family. Huge thumbs up :-)”

“I order this necklace for my niece birthday party. I paied for the special two day delivery and got the post after 4days. I'm still waiting for the rufund on my post difference as the staff told me they would do but havnt. I'm highly disappointed with this.”

The item wasn't late as the order day is not included. We refunded the difference as a gesture of goodwill right away, but it takes a few days to go back to your card.
