“Service was quick but hte knecklace is slightly damaged, due to needing the present for my anniversary I don't have the time to try to get this replaced. Service was quick I am just a little disappointed that this was not picked up or was picked up and sent out anyway, which really let the company down on what was a quick turn around of the order. I would probably not use this company again due to this issue”

The necklace was not sent out like this all items are inspected before posting however we replaced the item right away as soon as we were made aware of the issue.

“Can't thank you enough !!! I done a necklace order by phone and spoke to one of your employees 'Ben'. He couldn't have been more helpful and designed my necklace blind just by silencing during the conversation. The order was placed on late Thursday afternoon and I received it pendant on Monday morning. Just perfection exactly what I described. FANTASTIC NECKLACE FANTASTIC COMPANY !!!!”

“Delighted with the necklace! My daughter asked for a name necklace for her birthday at the last minute and I was worried I wouldn't be able to get one in time but I took a chance and ordered - it arrived so quickly . The quality is impressive - I would highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to buy from here again. Daughter loves her necklace too.”

“Unfortunately, I haven't seen the necklace as it is a birthday present later this month, for my grandaughter who lives in Los Angeles. However, my daughter took a peek at it and was delighted - said it was lovely and was sure my grandaughter would be thrilled. She was also very impressed by the gift wrap & I was grateful for the free postage. I usually spend half as much again as the value of the gift when I post parcels abroad Thank you.”
