“Very pleased with the good quality of the 9ct gold name necklace. We chose the thickest chain offered, which is very nice, but would have liked a choice of a heavier one. Instructions enclosed were for looking after silver. Would have prefered it to refer to gold as it was gold we had purchased for a gift. Extremely speedy delivery service.”

“The necklace was as expected and the team were very helpful when I asked to change the chain type a couple of days after placing the order. I would have preferred the name plate to be smaller and therefore a lot more subtle, but looking back at the Carrie necklace it is a larger size, something I should have considered before placing the order.”

“I ordered my own name necklace in Carrie style. I am very happy with the medium size I got in gold on a 16" chain. It sits in a good place on me and looks very elegant but playful. I am very happy with the quality of the necklace and the quality of service, which speaks volumes as to whether I will use a company again. Delivery was also very fast and secure. I will definitely consider making further purchases.”

“Well, rarely these days does a seller of anything online surpass my expectations but Name Necklaces Direct most certainly did. When buying personalised items the question 'When will it arrive?' is almost more important than the item itself. So, I gave myself a week just to be safe but judging by other sellers offering a similar service, even that might not have be en long enough. But, NND were amazing. I ordered on a Sunday and received the item on the Tuesday. Superb! The personalised necklace was beautiful. As I write this, a 10 year old girl is just a few hours away from receiving her first proper piece of jewellery. I'm almost more excited than she will be. Thanks NND, I will definitely be using your services again.”
