“Was a little apprehensive ordering on line but was not disappointed at all! Both necklaces are truly lovely. Ordered two different styles for my niece's birthday gift and I'm sure she will love them. Quality and presentation in their little boxes adds to the charm of such a great gift! Will buy another soon for my granddaughter when she's a little older.”

“I received free 1st class delivery on my item, and then emailed Customer services to check that it would be received by the date indicated. The response was prompt. I received my item the day before the expected delivery date - very pleased with the product. Nicely packaged and very good quality. Would definitely recommend and purchase from here again.”

“I ordered an engraved Infinity necklace and I must say it is beautiful, I'm absolutely over the moon with it. It is beautiful and dainty so if it's something you want just to sit nicely I would definately recommend this necklace. The delivery of the necklace was very fast. I had to send my necklace back though because I ordered a 20" necklace and when it came it was much longer than I thought and I wanted something a bit shorter. I sent it back on the Tuesday and requested a 16" necklace to suit myself and I had the necklace back by Thursday. I must say I would highly recommend this company as the experience I had from start to finish was perfect in every way.”

“The name part is good but the length of chain is too short, not the one I ordered. I only noticed it this morning so my daughter has had to take it to a jeweller to have the chain lengthened as we need it for Monday. It meant I had to spend an extra £70 on a chain. There is also a sharp edge on the name that needs to be rounded off.”
