“Bought this necklace as a present for my daughters 30th birthday. I was exstreamly pleased at the efficient service from start to finish. “This was the first time that I have used name necklaces direct I initially had some problem with my web browser and telephone customer services and spoke to Suzanne. What thereafter followed can only be described as first class old-fashioned customer service. Not only did Suzanne help me to connect to the correct website Suzanne was so very helpful and it was very much appreciated I felt as if I've been a customer for years and felt as if I was physically in the shop. Once I had connected to the correct website Suzanne assisted me to make the right choices and all I had then to do was to pay for the necklace Our necklace arrived two days after payment needless to say we are absolutely thrilled and delighted at our purchase and I'm sure the precipitance will be equally pleased. Please convey our grateful appreciation to Suzanne without whose help I'm sure I would've notbeen able to make the purchase so easily.”
