“This is the second time I've purchased a solid 9ct gold personalised necklace from name necklaces direct (the first one being bought 3 years ago which has been worn everyday) and the quality is outstanding. I've recommended the company to my sister and a couple of friends who have also purchased one. The communication is fantastic, I ordered a necklace then last minute I changed my mind on the chain length and I got a response within hours with them saying they will change it and refund me on any extras I paid. It was shipped and I received it special delivery the next day! I will continue to recommend name necklaces direct to many people as I am definitely one happy customer. Thank you!”

“Very fast efficient service. Necklace came with the wrong chain because they didn't have the one I ordered. Although the replacement was an upgrade I didn't feel it was what we wanted, this was no problem for the company and they paid for the return postage and replaced the chain all within two days from start to finish. This was a present for my daughter and she is delighted with it. Full marks for quality and customer service. I would definitely recommend/use again.”
