“I was very impressed. I went into website and everything was laid out well with all prices and sizes. It was easy to find what I was looking for and order. Everything was as advertised and so smooth from order to delivery. Fastest delivery and turned up in packaging that was padded. Necklace was perfect. And my sister loved it for one of her presents for her 40th. 5 star service.”

“The ordering was easy. However, I haven't heard anything since my orders, which was made on May 28, 2015. Hopefully I hear about when the orders are to be shipped. Just a little disappointed in the level of communication.”

“This was a birthday present for my niece. It arrived very promptly, nicely packaged and is of very good quality. Really happy overall. I would say the ordering process was a little disappointing as there are a great number of add ons making the price much higher than anticipated and also the last option did not originally work when I tried to order and the only available option was going to push me well over my already stretched budget - nearly lost a sale over that - however upon returning to the website the options were clear and the order straight forward.”

“I ordered a personalised necklace for my wife's birthday, solid 9ct gold. I ordered it on a good Friday and with it being bank holiday on the Monday I didn't expect it to arrive in time, but to my relief they managed to deliver it by the Wednesday. My wife was ecstatic to receive the necklace, looks fabulous on, we're really chuffed with the purchase. Many thanks to Necklaces Direct.”
