Purchased my items on January 29th 2024 and received a tracking number that never worked, the amount email saying my packed would come in two shipments. Got one package 3 weeks after purchase and it’s now OVER 6 WEEKS and still nothing….horrible I want a refund!!!!

This place is a scram, anyone who still buys off of Napsgear is a sitting duck 🦆, domestic supply or iron daddy are my got to sources now because Napsgear got four out of eight orders completely wrong and when they sent a re-ship the bottles were labeled incorrectly, they put masteron labels on bottles of deca and send to any brand they feel like sending, regardless of what you paid for, this happened to me on four out of eight purchases, that’s 50% of the of the time & If you complain to them they will mess up your order on purpose every time, they went so far as to ship me tainted gear, that actually got me sick and cause permanent damage to certain muscles, frightening to think that they would do this to someone just for pointing out their negligence and they wouldn’t even offer me a refund unless I paid a reputable lab to have it tested, like a doctors report wasn’t good enough, I don’t need to pay $400 to know you guys got four out of eight orders completely wrong including the reships and sent me bogus gear to get me sick and cause me physical harm on purpose plus I’m out $433 as well because the last order they didn’t send a single product that I ordered, not one.

First and foremost, they didn't put the full address on my package, after waiting on it for 4 weeks, I find out it was sitting in the post office for 5 days, then returned back to sender, I notified Roxy, the worst customer service ever! In the end they beat me out of $550.00 dallors, said they would send another package or refund. To this day that hasn't happened. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!

I ordered something and had a change of heart due to ill health and requested a cancellation/refund. Despite cancelling within 3 days of ordering I was then informed that i couldn't have my money back and could have only store credit because it was not their "Mistake" which is no good to me. I've now been left with nothing and they have took my money.

Ordered 244$ of product, made it to U.S. customs almost 2 months ago, and lost there, no tracking update since. Napsgear keeps pushing back the amount of days "required" to refund. I'd be surprised if anything gets done.

Purchased an order on August 6th of 2020. It's now October 6th of 2020. No product, no customer support, no refund. Purchase at your own risk. Oh, I did receive a FAKE tracking # and after a few weeks of that I was told to wait 4 weeks, then wait 5 weeks, then wait 8 weeks. It's now 9 weeks and I was told they were looking into it lol! Ripoff.

I gave these jackoffs $142 and they never sent me my items. Then, I am after the 30 day mark, they said wait another 30 days to talk about a refund. I do that then they say they wont refund me. Only reship the item or give store credit, but this is nothing but a hassle. I want my money back but they wont give it. Also, no one should have to wait 60 days or more to get a shipment. Don't order with these scam artists.

I got a money gram and sent to Napsgear, and just like other reviews I have read, Napsgear kept saying there was problems and that I needed to change the name of the receiver on my MoneyGram, u can't change the name on a money gram and its hard as he'll to get a refund from moneygram, thanks for the crappy service Naps
