“I played 2 seperate tickets on their app, one ticket had one winning number that they honoured the payment, the other I had 2 numbers but they did not pay the price, the ticket was paid for in full, I find this very unusual and unfair, I shall now delete the app and will never play online again as there are obvious issues.”

“Impossible organisation to deal with. Having tried to add funds to my account their site kept flagging a message saying my card can’t be added at this time. Checked with my bank and the 4 authorisations I went through with them were all fine. So I call the National Lottery. You get thrown off calls because they ‘can’t take your call right now’ ..that’s after pressing a million buttons to get to the right person. Resorting to the Chatbot which is also a dead end because a Chatbot can’t understand complex issues and resolve them so that’s a waste of time. I finally messaged through their Facebook account only to get someone who didn’t read the message and suggested all the things I’ve already done. For goodness sake what do I have to do to buy a lottery ticket ! It’s too much trouble. Sort your systems and staff out !”

“Better just to keep away from anything in the Uk that involves Lotteries. Those running them are not going to change things in Favour of those who subscribe. Why would they ? They get their Millions every Draw ? People are convinced they are going to Win Big Jackpots but in reality they won't Win anything and the sooner they realise this then then the corruption will stop.”

“I don't have an issue with the £ 5.25p Downgrade - I do have an issue with this BS about how random the Numbers are . It's just barefaced Lies. Weds Lootery Sales were extremely low so all of a sudden four 50s Numbers were produced by the Random Number BS Machine. If its random - why the need of a Machine?”

“I deposited £12.00 from my bank account to my National Lottery account and for some reason the money is not showing on my National Lottery account despite it being debited from my bank account. I have tried to contact the National Lottery by phone and after 90 minutes of being held on the line nobody answered. I emailed 3 days ago to National Lottery complaints and have heard nothing back! I would strongly advise to look elsewhere if you want to enter a lottery.”

“Nobody trusts the National lottery or those behind it anymore. That's why Ticket Sales are the lowest ever and decent wins are virtually none existent . Trying to make it look random by producing the same number for 4 consecutive draws is just a gimmick. If truth be known those in on this mass fraud don't want anyone but themselves to profit. They see the public as fools and their money is for them and them only. If you are still buying tickets just think what you are doing in future and see who is better off - you or those who run lotterys.”
