“Far too predictable to be Classed as a Lottery. “Played an instant win game but it wouldn't let me push the play button. They try telling me my system is compatible...even though I used it before. They take the money with no thought of 'it wasn't the players fault' then they also say, 'it's set before you even play as to whether the game is won or not, so you wouldn't have one anyway'.
