“I know it can be very frustrating when I customer is not 💯 clear what’s they need to purchase. I have worked in shops for 45 years and you learn to respond and ask certain questions to get to the information you require. Not in this case!!!!
I visited national plastics in chichester yesterday, well they certainly need some retraining in customer care.
I have purchased outsidecladding from them before but in this instantance needed some bathroom wall cladding. He was very abrupt and unhelpful didn’t want to be there and certainly doesn’t enjoy his job . Will be shopping elsewhere I think .😡”

The company claim they will deliver within 5 working days. waited receive shipping confirmation or delivery nothing , i emailed got reply they claim that one part on the order was not available. Said delver items arrived -m dumped on door step damaged front door half stuff missing 3 of items deliver damaged . This company are a joke,”
“I recently placed an order at the value of nearly £800. The company claim they will deliver within 10 working days. So I waited for 10 working days to receive shipping confirmation or delivery. I got nothing, so I called, they don’t answer, so I emailed. They finally reply and claim that one part on the order was not available, so wanted to ship without it. This part was a crucial piece and matched others in the order, so I suggested the give me a alternative size, I even gave them part numbers to make it easy. All I got was a no stock, and disinterested response. No attempt to resolve the issue. So eventually after 3 weeks I gave up and requested a refund. This company are a joke, no contact, no customer service!”
“Avoid this company like the plague! Bathroom wall panels arrived very late, some damaged and not looking anything like the pictures on their website.
Customer service non existent, never answer the phone and take 2 days to answer any email, then just send fob off emails delaying the process further.
After a month still waiting for damaged items to be collected and still no refund.
Buy elsewhere and save yourself the hassle.”
