“Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company, they managed to extort a total of £1148 from me. It was originally supposed to be £550 for my website with no other costs, then they told me i needed to pay another £900 for the server and hosting, surprised at this because I was told everything was included! I was then told if i didn’t pay it immediately i would effectively loose my website and the money the £550 pounds I’d already spent. I do not know much about websites, hence why i was paying for someone else to build it. It was a big decision to invest in a website as i am a single mum with a small business. Worried that i was going to loose the money i already invested and after finding out what a server and hosting was i paid another £599 to them ( i managed to knock them down from £900). I thought that was it but no, a week or so later i was told that i needed to pay another £900 for plug ins and security. I said to them that you assured me no more payments would be needed but “Sam” said that Google had only bought out this new mandatory thing and he couldn’t predict the future, if i dont pay I will loose everything. Of course i was livid and very stressed by this point, not only was he demanding more money but the quality of the work on the website was poor. I could only view changes on my phone not on my computer, the font was like double vision sometimes, they were not good at following simply instructions for what i wanted doing for example not even putting photos on the right pages, pages didn’t link up etc etc. I complained to their customer service and then “Francis” took over assuring me everything would be ok and he would sort it, i didn’t have to pay any more money… days went on, it was still very stressful trying to get what i needed done on the website, i was loosing the will to live. Francis then tried to blackmail me in to taking a bad review i had written down on trip advisor, he was pretty much harassing me with messages saying he can’t get his promotion because of me and he is loosing money. I said no people need to know the truth. Then, as a stroke of luck, my best friends girlfriend who is an excellent webdesigner was visiting, she normally lives in Australia. I asked her about everything, she couldn’t believe how I’d been treated and the lies that this company were telling me about plugs etc which are actually free, google had not brought out any new mandatory thing that i needed to pay for. She told me to ask them for the login to the hosting, they were reluctant to give it and then they did and none of the passwords worked. They tried to say that my friend had caused a virus and that’s why it wasn’t working, all lies, she is an absolute professional. In fact she was so disgusted with what they were doing she said she would do my website for free because i had been treated so badly and lost so much money. She also said if they have the login details they can mess everything up even if she fixes the website so it’s best to just have a new one. Mean while, while my friend was trying to fix my website they were trying to say that they needed my EMAIL PASSWORD in order to sort out the login problem with the hosting!!!! As if i was going to give them my email password, they could have got everything, bank details and all sorts!!! I’m now in the process of trying to take them to court. These people should be stopped, £1148 is a lot of money to me and they are getting away with it. i even wrote a review on trip advisor and they got trip advisor to remove it based on the fact that i was being abusive an threatening to them?!?! How on earth they have managed to do that i don’t know? Reviews used to be somewhere customers could have a say and help stop things like this, now they all seem to be fake or people are paid to take down bad reviews! I hope this doesn’t get taken down as at least it may protect some people from getting stung like I did.”

“Scammers! Ended up loosing £270 to this company with nothing in return. I was very honest during inital phone call, that my IT knowledge is very limited , so needed help for them to create me a simple website, put it online, and make it so that people will actually find it. I specifically asked wether the £270 was the TOTAL cost, which was confirmed to me. But then once website was near finished , they demanded more money from me for something called hosting, that had never been discussed with me prior. The aditional cost was even more than I had already given them. If I had known that I never would have started project with them in the first place. I demanded a full refund or the files to my website, which they declined. Took my money and left me empty handed. Scammers. Avoid at all costs!!!”

“Yesterday on 20th Oct my credit card was fraud this company. I'm surprised this company someone send me email reply I was contact and deposit money. How come Sunday I contacted. Fraud some employees are involved. Please don't share any credit card or personal information. Fraud company. Poor level of correspondence there is no legal word I find from this company why they Fraud my credit card and how they find my credit card. Today I discuss with police special branch and report against this company. Bank also refused my money and blocked card. I'll find the results of this company fraudulent activity.”
