It is written BLACK ON WHITE ON THEIR WEBSITE....
TESTS ARE DISPATCHED BY 1ST CLASS RECORDED POST.. BY 2PM..
Now they want to say the test that we never received ...has nothing to do with them, and the problem is the Royal Post
yet Royal Post they say... show us the proof of post and we will refund.
THEY RFUSE TO PROVIDE THE PROOF OF POST.. BECAUSE THE TRUTH IS THAT THEY DON'T HAVE SUCH A THING... SINCE THEY NEVER DISPATCHED ...
HOW DISHONEST AND HOW SHOCKING THEY SYSTEM IS???
THEY JUST , AS SIMPLE AS THAT REFUSE TO RESPONSE.
MOST SHOCKING.. TESCO BANK THAT MY COLLEAGUE PAID THE TESTS..
THEY ARE FURTHER DISHONEST... THEY ARE TAKING SIDES WITH THESE DISHONEST LOTS... SINCE TESCO IS FILLED WITH TEENAGE UNPAID... WITH NO QUALIFICATION IN EVEN UNDERSTAND THAT
LEAST THEY COULD ASK THESE DISHONEST LOTS.. IS TO PROVIDE THE PROOF OF POST.. THAT AT LEAST WE COULD GET A REFUND OF 830 THROUGH ROYAL POST.

As they never sent out the tests
They must provide receipt of Royal Mail ... as indicated on their website
If you are victimes like us . You must claim back through your bank
You must clarify that
Based on information on their website they must provide proof of dispatch
If they don’t , you are entitled of a refund
Our dispute continues
We wont let them with their dishonesty
