“I'm extremely frustrated with the services provided by Native Publisher. After signing a contract nearly two years ago, I've been met with subpar editing, despite their promises. To my dismay, I ended up doing most of the editing myself. The little editing they did seemed to be AI-generated, lacking the human touch. What's even more concerning is the lack of transparency and professionalism when it comes to communication. Despite agreeing to a refund of $2300 due to their failure to deliver, I've been met with endless excuses and delays. It's been months since we reached an agreement, and I'm still waiting for my refund. The constant requests for more payments and revisions without any tangible results have been exhausting. I would not recommend Native Publisher to any author looking for a reliable and supportive publishing partner. Until they address these issues, I wouldn't consider working with them again. *Update:* If you're considering working with Native Publisher, be aware of potential issues with communication, editing quality, and payment processing. Do your research and ask tough questions before signing a contract.”

“I had clearly explained to the agent assigned to me in June 2024 that I wished to produce a book in time for an anniversary on 1 September and that I wished to have it formatted for a soft copy and ebook format for Amazon KDP Publishing. Native Book Publishers signed a contract with me, promising fulfillment of conditions that we both agreed to and with full guarantee. I have complied with all payments and suddenly the agent(Elijah Smith) has gone silent and refuses to answer my calls and texts. He claims that he is awaiting a signal from the Finance Department of Native Book Publishers. I have written a certified USPS letter to them but they have not even acknowledged it by email. The proof copies that I received from Mr. Elijah Smith were not up to the format of Amazon KDP and had typographical errors, for which I requested correction. Five months after, the project is still unfinished. They promised full satisfaction with guarantee. I feel entitled to a refund in this case.”
