“Customer services are terrible. I have tried to place an order three times by phone today and each time left hanging on longer than 5minutes, no explanation. I rang the enquiry line and they could not be bothered to answer either. I am so frustrated, it is worse than ringing a gp surgery, at least they let me know where I stand in a queue, or take a no. to ring me back.”
