“Absolutely amazing stuff. I have an 11 month old German shepherd and he’s been on naturaw for 4 months now, I wanted to give it time before I reviewed it. He has been raw fed his entire life but naturaw is the only thing he finishes completely. The new packaging makes everything even more quick and convenient. The only thing I would say is that because my boys a shep the amount of food he needs does up a lot of room in the freezer.”

“Dear Team, Delighted with the service and food aspect of the deliveries, as confirmed by Harry the Springer Spaniel. I do not wish this review to be for general release, because I do have one criticism, which may put off potential customers. This is for you alone. However, as a customer of several years, I prefer the original packaging. They fitted precisely in my freezer trays and the food could be split in two with half being fed to the dog, and the remainder resealed and stored in the fridge until used later. The new packages do not stack efficiently in the freezer. Also when splitting the contents, the new liner material gets tangled with the food and causes unnecessary mess and the package cannot be re-sealed. I will of course continue as a customer but believe that the old packaging was preferable and sufficiently environmentally friendly. DE”

“Our dog loves your food, he can't eat it quickly enough. There is plenty of choice even though we don't give him chicken. With regard to the new packing. They are a bit bigger to fit in the freezer but they defrost quicker because of this which is handy, but we really do miss the lids, having to transfer to containers is annoying so we'll be happier when you manage to get them. Overall great company and service. Good Job guys.”

“Naturaw is the best pet food supplier I have come across, the fact that they take sustainability as well as quality very seriously is the main reason I use them, Quick delivery service and returnable, re-useable packaging, what more could you ask for? it's to enable us to cleanly pack it in the new packaging - without going into too much technical detail, it's very hard to drop a piece of mince into a tray if it's not sat on something without making rather a lot of mess! We're always working on improvements and trying new things so if we can ever get away without using it we will xx

“We started using Naturaw a few months ago. Firstly and I guess most importantly, Betty loves the food. Previously she would stop, take a look at you as if to say ‘is that it?’ then walk away. Sometimes she wouldn’t touch her food for days, which as you can imagine can be upsetting. So having researched several raw food suppliers we settled on Naturaw (partly due to the recycling nature of their business). Betty now waits anxiously at her bowl at meal times and licks it clean on each and every occasion. The only negative remark she would make is that the cat had also become partial to the food and are having to share the contents. The cat is a bit of a funny one in that she is quite feral, but anyone with a Bengal cat will no doubt understand - give them any solid piece of meat and they are in their element. We know how good Naturaw food is because she ‘talks’ when she’s enjoying her food. And with Naturaw she chats away expressing her contentment. The dog just licks the bowl clean. The effort they go to in terms of green credentials is admirable. Recently they have advised customers that the packaging will change shortly to be even more environmentally friendly - so they never sit still. Communication is brilliant and major corporations could learn an awful lot from their approach. We now have a regular subscription and are advised days before the renewal date, then the day the order is being repeated along with a confirmation that the goods have been dispatched, plus tracking details. The service by our local DPD driver has always been brilliant, so all in all the service is seamless. Betty has built more muscle mass since feeding her on Naturaw and has suffered far, far less from a sensitive skin condition. The Mrs noticed immediately how very few ‘pickings’ were being deposited in the garden and how incredibly small they are compared to previously. Nor do they smell! Quite simply, everything related to Naturaw points towards a healthier and happier dog (and cat). I can’t see any reason why we would want to even consider changing food suppliers as the service is nothing but exemplary. This is not an over zealous recommendation - they thoroughly well deserve it. Keep up the fantastic work.”
