“Unfortunately, this food upset my dog's tummy and after a few helpings she refused point blank to eat it anyway. I have still given you 5 stars though because of the company's ethics and excellent customer service. Not your fault it doesn't suit my dog.”

“I started buying Naturaw when one of my dogs started picking up allergies on her skin. They both absolutely love the food and she hasn’t had any issues with skin since. Although it can be a more pricey option the quality is better and the dogs are a lot happier on this type of food compared to dry food and it only lasts seconds. Also think it’s great that the packaging is fully recyclable which is another reason I don’t mind paying a little more! Also like that you use DPD as the courier as I haven’t had any issues with them as of yet!”

“Absolutely love Naturaw, my new favorite raw food company! Great range of 80/10/10 completes, fantastic quality and my dog loves the ‘a little fishy’ treats which are great training treats. My favorite thing is the packaging. All the packaging is recyclable and the best part is they use wool to insulate in the delivery box. A great natural material instead of plastic!”

“Amazing quality & service. We’d been using a well known competitor brand for a few years, but in the “lockdown dog boom” they started to lose their quality - the food all looked the same (and grey), plus the packaging changed and was awful. We found Naturaw and are so pleased we did. At first the old packaging was our only bug bear as it was difficult to clean, but the awesome team fixed that pretty quickly and it’s perfect. The food looks awesome, amazing selection, reliable deliveries & our dog is the most excited he has ever been for dinner time. Can’t recommend them enough!”

“love the quality of the produce, the only downfall is that we are limited to beef and venison only as our boy is allergic to all other proteins. This mean we can only get the food when it is in stock and it does sell out fast. Apart from that the full product (contents and packaging) is top notch!”

“A good selection of balanced raw food for dogs on a raw diet. I support the company's policy on the environment and the quality of the ingredients that go into the products. I was looking forward to the new packaging and would have been thrilled if the packs had remained the same size. The fact that the trays do not stain like the old ones makes them easier to clean. However, we now find we cannot store the same number of packs in our small (dog food only) freezer, which we used to fill to capacity and now have to give up parts of our domestic freezer for the overflow. The new packs have a larger footprint which means they don't stow so well for us. To sum up, excellent products, sound environmental policy, but we are disappointed with the size of the new trays.”

“Excellent quality, my Golden Retriever Rosie loves Naturaw and she is definitely better for being on this diet than anything else she's had previously (dry or other raw food brands). Hopefully you'll bring out a sealing lid/something similar for the new packaging in the coming months.”

“Our GSD puppy was a very fussy eater as well as having a very delicate stomach. We had previously tried a number of different dry and wet dog foods to little success, until we came across Naturaw. Our puppy is so excited when we’re preparing her food and it’s gone within seconds - we even find her licking the bowl for a while after - and is so gentle on her tummy. Overall we’re delighted!”

“I’ve fed Naturaw to my dog’s for a few years. I personally had no complaints with the old packaging. The new boxes? They’re different, I’m starting to get used to them but I don’t like the little paper sheet, it’s messy and slippery. I don’t like that I can’t reseal the boxes like I could the old ones. I’m not so keen on the finer mince. I liked it chunky and more rough looking. Having said all that, the dogs and cats adore it and do very well on it and don’t care at all about packaging!”

“I changed to Naturaw from another firm and so pleased I did , especially since the new packaging was introduced. I have two Lhasa Apsos and they adore all varieties , above all the Chicken and Lamb. They wait very patiently for it to be served .”

“Great food that my dog loves (and means minimum waste coming out the other end of my dog as it’s 100% no fillers or anything he doesn’t need) and I love that all the product is compostable and possible to recycle.”
