“My dog recently had some seizures where a root cause could not be found. On engaging with an holistic vet I was recommended to move my boy into raw food. As I live a holistic life where ethics and sustainability play an important part I was drawn to your forage range. Both my dogs love it! It is also not ridiculously over priced too which is important in these times.”

“So pleased to have discovered Naturaw for our border collie pup. We have transitioned to raw food and Naturaw has made it so easy for us - the packaging makes it so easy - and all compostable! The choice is great and our dog is loving his food now after not eating dried food very well. The big plus is the whole ethos of this B-corp. Keep up the good work.”

“Love the eco friendly packaging, my dog's glossy coat, small poos and general love of life show the food loves her and she demolishes it every time I put it down for her. I do struggle with the website, it doesn't seem that easy to do things like postpone a delivery or switch from a large box to a small box.”

“A great website that’s easy to use, our delivery arrived the next day as promised. My lab has tried almost all the flavours now with 100% thumbs up from her. A simple way to feed your dog a complete raw diet and all in beautiful plastic free packaging.”

“I have been using Naturaw for a few years as my dog absolutely loves your food. However I did have a couple of issues/questions over the years which I sent an email to you but got no response whatsoever each time. There doesn’t appear to be any customer service or phone number”

“Kodi our black lab loves your food. We started off with Naturaw following a recommendation. Our boy had a sensitive stomach so we started in the raw journey and not looked back. The quality of the food is excellent and the variety great. Kodi looks forward to his mealtimes every time. Thx for continuing consistency. We like your environmental approach and always return your liners but it is a bit of a faff as you can’t use the voucher on subscriptions and if you order something then there is a hefty delivery fee rendering the voucher practically invalid. Also DPD only have one drop off point in a busy town centre shopping centre where it costs to park and not ideal to carry a large box from a second story car park right through the shops.. would be grateful if you could review this…”

“Quick delivery and options of flavours. Love that it’s all recycle-able too. Would recommend a bite inside the parcel about the returning of the packaging as I didn’t notice it until too late. Also if a rabbit/ pheasant flavour could be made that would be amazing”

“I've used many good raw food producers but Naturaw is by far the best. All my dogs love all the flavours and with a super green footprint I won't be planning to change.”

“Having used two other brands to date that had a high water content,I was delighted to receive my first order from Naturaw. Very pleased with the quality of the product, the well-balanced content and the menu options. We have six dogs and they all love eating it.”
