“Great company to deal with, my dog absolutely loves the food and his coat has never been more shiny! Food always delivered next day in perfect condition and packaged in environmentally friendly biodegradable packaging. Highly recommended.”

“Great website. Easy to understand what I am buying and how much to feed my dog. It also helped with information about how to transition to raw food. I like that the packaging is a waste free as possible. Delivery is quick and easy. My dog loves the food. Started with the starter pack and now just get a small selection box each time.”

“The absolute best company ethics, product quality, delivery assurance and recycling of packaging available. Incredible example of leading from the front. Only thing that would make it perfect is if there were no inner sheets inside the food boxes and box size could be slightly reduced.”

“I emailed for help regarding my dogs diet and I got a very helpful email in return. One of the reasons my dog came off raw was to do with acid reflux and with this raw food she has been absolutely fine. Very happy customer. Dog really loves the food too.”

“Such a lovely team at naturaw and it’s clear they care about the health of our dogs. The price reflects the value that you receive from this company and the no-plastic packaging gives me peace of mind. I have a very picky eater for a dog and he’s never been happier since on naturaw, and raw food in general. Have tried a few other brands and naturaw’s meat just seems the cleanest, with amazing recipes that make my own mouth water!!!”

“We’re really happy! My 3 year old Anatolian shepherd mix absolutely loves her food, she gets the mixed box with different meats. I am truly relieved that the packaging is fully recyclable/compostable. I noticed that on the sleeve the meat highlighted on the packet in larger font eg FISH and chicken, is actually majority chicken which is not what you’d think. But I guess that is the flavour the dog tastes. Not a huge deal for us as she loves the food and digests it well. Will definitely recommend!”

“We're enjoying Naturaw so far, and so is our one-year-old flat-coated retriever. We were looking for new food to try now that she's coming up to "adult", and Naturaw seemed to tick all of the boxes. So far she seems to be enjoying all of the flavours, and having fewer digestive issues than she was on another well-known dog food delivery company – although she genuinely will eat anything! Naturaw is the most expensive of all the foods that we've ever tried, but I can understand why – you pay for good quality ingredients and sustainable packaging. I just hope that we can continue to afford it over other local brands, as I think the company is doing a great thing. The downside we found (and I know the website is very clear about delivery times) was that we ordered our box on a Thursday afternoon and it didn't come until the following Tuesday evening.”

“Delighted to have found your company, after our previous supplier of raw food seemed able only to package in plastic boxes that our council couldn't recycle! Knowing that every part of the packaging is degradable, and that the sheepswool insulation can be re-used (with money-off next order for sending it back!) is perfect. Our dog Coco absolutely loves the food, and there's a good variety for her. Highly recommended.”
