“The dogs love the food, we changed from kibble cold turkey without any issues. Their dandruff disappeared, their fur is shiny. Order is easy, delivery is quick and well packaged. More subscription options would be lovely.”

“My dog loves your product. I love the sustainability aspect and the packaging. It’s sue catching. The food is excellent quality. I would like to see us being able to pick our products for the £40 box with free delivery. Also I paid a fiver for next day delivery which didn’t arrive next day. So the same box that I chose ended up costing a tenner more than had I opted for the pre mixed box. I don’t like the smell of the surf and turf in that pre selected box so it means a more expensive option for me if I pick the dog’s flavours.”

“My dog loves his food, the quality is fabulous,the packaging is great and delivery is prompt. I order pretty much the same 16 boxes every time so it would be handy to just click a repeat order box. I returned a box of wool liners last year but never received my voucher. I’ve emailed twice but get an automated reply saying it’s being processed. That said, great product and would recommend.”

“Really happy with this food - it meets all my credentials which are 1) High quality food for my companion animals 2) High welfare ingredients using free-range and organic meats 3) All the packaging is compostable so really easy to deal with 4) Affordable I have also been really happy with the customer service - eg if a protein isn’t in stock online they have helped source it and have always been very knowledgeable in answering my nutritional questions. One thing I’m happy to see is the new subscription service! This is great to not have to think about it and also not worry that when I try to order, it might be out of stock (my creature has very specific dietary needs). One thing I would change: not having to have 8x wool packs… I do one delivery to last three months, which means waiting a year before returning them. I’m not bothered about not getting a discount on my next order, would prefer to be able to send them back each time (maybe in a soft prepaid envelope that two wool packs could fit into?).”

“DID NOT RECIVE THE ORDER EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ORDERED FROM YOU FOR MONTHS. THE POST CODE WAS WRONG. DPD WAS NO HELP. YOU ONLY OFFERD ME A PERCENTAGE OFF MY NEXT ORDER THAT IS NO GOOD WHAT SO EVER.. I WILL NOT BUY FROM YOU AGAIN AND HAVE TOLD ALL MY DOGS FOLLERS ON INSTERGRAM AND TIKTOK YOUR RUBBISH”

I have checked over communication and can see that you entered an incorrect postcode when you ordered. The team tried their best to contact DPD after you realised but it was too late and the parcel was (correctly) routed to the postcode that you entered. We very generously offered you a 50% off voucher even though it was something that was not remotely our fault.

“My dog alfie has eaten this food for most of his life. It completely stopped the colitis he had as a puppy snd young dog. It’s a very convenient way of giving the raw diet to your dog. He loves it, always a clean plate licked clean at the end.”

“This is by far the best Raw food our dog has ever had and believe me we have gone through loads. The quality is great . This is how raw food should be like . Great selection of propteins , lean foods too also good fat. Try it you won't be disappointed.”

“Have 2 big energetic dogs so go through a lot of food each week around 12/14 KG a week and have tried various raw companies and looks like we have found the best one. It can become expensive to maintain at times but really pleased with the product 😁. Mark & Jo Feeding Jose & Boo ☺️”

“I am very impressed with Naturaw products and their customer service team. I purchase frozen raw food roughly every two weeks from Naturaw. My working cocker spaniel loves Naturaw food. She can be quite fussy. This is one of the only foods she will eat. The products are great quality. The packaging that the food is sent in is fantastic and keeps the food frozen whilst it is in transit. The packaging is all recyclable. I would recommend Naturaw to anyone wanting to feed their pet raw food.”
