“Excellent quality meat, very palatable coarse mince texture and choice of with or without vegetables and herbs (option of adding fresh greenery at home) gives optimum flexibility. Brilliant compostable packaging and a holistic Vet backing the ethos of this lovely company, what more could a dog wish for?”

“As I have said in the past, we have been buying Naturaw for a few years now. My dogs absolutely love it and i wouldn't feed them anything else. I just wished there was someone near me that supplied it, so my dogs could have the freedom to all the flavours. At the moment, I order the taster boxes as they save me a lot of money on delivery, but.....it restricts the flavour choices, although my dogs don't care what flavour they eat!”

“My dog is fairly fussy so I ordered the sample pack and she loved the food so far. I’m only feeding raw at the weekend due to the extra time/cleaning needed, so have only tried one box. My only complaint would be not being able to reseal the packaging - is it safe left in the fridge open or am I meant to repackage it? I couldn’t find any clear guidance. Other raw food I’ve tried has been in resealable plastic containers, which I’m sure is not as eco friendly but felt more hygienic.”

“Having recently changed to your raw from another complete raw food supplier, I can say that I love your company ethos and the way you care about our planet. There are a few things I thought were worth feeding back to you as follows: The look of the food:- My previous food supplier was https://www.able.dog/ and despite me bringing to their attention that their packaging was harming our planet, they simply said it was not cost effective to change to an eco friendly packaging. Each of their blocks of raw food came in separate plastic wrappers and the delivery box was lined with polystyrene. However, the food looked so much nicer than your product. I have included pictures to demonstrate this. Able offer a chunky option rather than just minced and I’m sure this must be nicer for my dog to eat and it certainly looked nicer for me to see. Your food is always brown on the outside and pink in the middle and is minced so it is hard to see the raw ingredients. Take a look at the pictures as they speak for themselves. The cost of delivery:- Your delivery costs seem quite high compared to other suppliers on the market. This adds quite a bit to each order. Maybe you could offer a discount of some kind? Maybe a dog paw (like a Costa coffee bean) for each order and get the 6th order delivery cost free? Just an idea. Also, the food was slightly defrosted which never happened with Able in the entire time I received deliveries from them. Packaging:- The packaging is great from an eco friendly point of view but I can get far less of them in my freezer. I was able to get 60kg in my freezer with the Able food but as it was in frozen blocks, now I can only fit 40kg of your product in, at a squeeze unless I decant the product, which I don’t want the hassle of doing. This also means I have to order more often and that means more delivery cost. Please take this as constructive feedback as I think your company is great and so many things are right! “Brilliant company and product. We were uncomfortable about the amount of plastic packaging, and lack of concern for animal welfare with the dog food we were buying before, so we were initially just looking around for a plastic free option. We found Naturaw, and it has exceeded our best hopes on all fronts. Thought and care has gone into every aspect of the product, packaging, supply chain etc - exactly as it should be. Thanks for providing a great product and setting an example for other businesses to follow.”

“Struggled to find a raw food product that our dog, a German shepherd, enjoys and eats. This product is not the cheapest but our dog has not turn her nose up and has enjoyed the range of flavours.”

“Parcel arrived on time, well packaged. Like the wool filled insulation lining. Puppy seems to like the food, was a bit unsure of the forage range at first, but eats it. The actual food containers are great, stack well and are recyclable.”

“Ruby is doing really well on this raw food. She does get cooked treats occasionally too. She was suffering from non-epileptic seizures - one every week or two for a couple of months - then we changed to raw and she hasn't had any since. I can't say that they are directly related but that is what I think.”

“Left the review writing for a few months to see whether the initial positive experience was continued and I’m pleased to say it has been. Raw food is excellent quality, good variety and choice, communication is spot on (and not constantly spamming me) delivery is always on time with everything still frozen, and I love that the packaging is completely recyclable and compostable. Top marks from me Naturaw and a very contented doggo!”

“My little Havanese has always been a very picky eater. She is 3 years old and has always been raw fed (from another leading company). I was absolutely astounded the first time I put a serving down of the Forage Beef, it was if I suddenly had a different dog. Not only did she wolf down the food , not leaving a morsel but she spent a good minute licking the bowl clean afterwards. I've had the same reaction with every different type of the Forage food that I've tried her on. I can't tell you how happy I am to have finally found a food that she obviously really loves and have the satisfaction of knowing that it is the best nutritional food I can give her. I also love it's very green credentials. Well done the Naturaw team you've got an exceptionally happy customer.”
