“I would have given 5 stars, as the food is excellent quality and gets a definite tail-up from my Pom. I've deducted a star because although the packaging is very attractive and eco-friendly, it's way too big for the contents! Takes up a lot of space in the freezer for each 500g pack. Reduce the size of the packaging and it would be 5 stars for sure.”

Hi Janet - thanks for the feedback. The tray needs to be a bit bigger than the contents so that the food can be dropped cleanly into the tray. A tray only just as big as the food would end up with bits of food all over the edges which would be messy and unhygeinic. OR it would mean they had to be meticulously placed in by hand which would result in the cost going up. It may seem trivial, but It's something we've spent a great deal of time and r&d on perfecting :) Take care x

“Just a week in and Naturaw Forage blend is looking the top nosh for our 2-year-old border terrier. Previously she was using a well-known cubed frozen raw food available direct or from Pets at Home. Recently that food didn't agree with her and to us it seemed suddenly different - quite watery, insipid and poorer quality. Dog's nose turned up a couple of times too. Shrinkflation comes to mind. Inquired of that company and never received a reply call! Enter Naturaw. Great delivery and high quality, appears very meaty and firm, not mushy. Moreover, so far the dog loves it. So a winner all round and this is now our go-to brand.”

“First time to raw food for my dogs so I chose the free range chicken whole food recipe from Naturaw after many hours of research. They LOVE it. I am really impressed by the food and the 'plastic free' packaging which is so very important. All of the packaging is compostable or recyclable. There was a small issue with the delivery time but this was resolved quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much from Star and Rocky and thank you for giving me the peace of mind that they are eating good wholesome food as nature intended.”

“Love this company and their dog food ! I fed my previous dog on their food and I am now feeding my 10 week old puppy on the puppy forage . I love that animal welfare is at the top of their agenda - that the animals used to feed my puppy is high welfare and slaughtered correctly is a massive deal to me and that the lovely packaging is environmentally friendly too ! Before I found Naturaw I bought from a competitor ( use that in the loosest of terms ) and hated having to put the black plastic containers in the bin as I couldn’t recycle them . My puppy loves the food and her poos are good . Just feel happy to know that I am giving her the best possible food . Well done Naturaw - I sing your praises all the time to other dog owners 😊”

“My 2 chihuahuas love it. But I have to take all the bones out before they have it or they spit it out all over the place. They don’t like the bones. Are the puppy food the same with bones. If they don’t have the bones then I will try them on those next time. Please let me know”

“Quality ingredients at a good price is the selling point for me. The dog loves it, although occasionally prefers it cooked. The packaging is merely a plus, but I'm sure it's more a case of corporate virtue signalling. It should just be a standard for all, not a reason to gloat.”

“Great team to do business with, you feel you're actually dealing with humans (we are quite important to dogs). Food is much appreciated and was bliss to go on holiday with recently. No worries about a freezer the other end, just took a large bag (large dog) away with me with 9 days supply. Sooo easy, thank you Naturaw!”
